aikido kanjiWelcome to the online home of Appalachian Ki Aikido, affiliated with the Eastern Ki Federation and Appalachian State University. We practice Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido each Monday and Wednesday at one dojo, and during the school year on Tuesday and Thursday on the campus of Appalachian State University.

Join us at Boone Podiatry for a Saturday Ki class. We will discuss and demonstrate the 5 principles of studying Ki, the 4 major Ki Aikido principles, developing inner disciplines, awareness, Ki breathing and more.
